People in many countries around the world study English as a second language. Among those, Japan seems to have a low rate of success. Why? It seems to be a combination of geographical, cultural and historical factors. The main contributors being a lack of opportunities to speak English and a general shyness to make mistakes by the Japanese people.

Our unique partnership with Ocean Deep connects us to the international community of Chiba. Together, our students and staff participate in weekly dance and party events, monthly travel English club meetings, and seasonal celebrations such as Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
